I've had my itaki for a while now, I have the double decker one and it's amazing. I've done a few things in it, I can do a two course meal in it and I can take it anywhere. It is a little bit flimsy and may take a little patience to re assemble (probably just this specific model). All in all I have been extremely happy with it. Full five stars, for the price, I see zero downsides.

I have not gone one day with out using one of them since I got them. I’m still learning everything but all the things I’ve made have been really good so far, and can only get better. I adore these little contraptions, probably going to buy more so I can have them all at some point.

Products work great. Easy to use. Had a broken tray in one unit, and the customer service dept sent out a replacement set of trays out immediately. I have to say - I was very skeptical on ordering these. I have used 1 unit 2 times and 1 unit once so far. The 3rd unit I just got the replacement trays in for so haven't been able to use it but there's no doubt in my mind it won't work like supposed to. I will update stars if things change but so far perfect

love this little cooker (rectangle)! I can even cook desserts! I have cooked rice and a veg dish along with some meat. It's so fantastic! I only wish I could buy more containers and lids to have stuff in the freezer ready to go! I think this is such a great way to make my dinner prep easier as well! It's nice to cook just enough sometimes so I don't have to deal with left overs. I also love how easy it is to set and not have to worry about over cooking and burning food. It's easy to forget the time with busy lives. I have all three appliances but my favourite is the rectangle because it's just the right size. I also love the little soup cooker but I find that it doesn't stay hot for very long so actually browning food isn't so quick. The round steamer is great for slightly larger meals. The rectangle containers hold about 2 cups each or half a cup in the partitioned container. The soup holds 3 cups I think and the round steamer has a 4 cup container on the bottom and two smaller ones. The rectangle container lids are water tight so they are relatively safe to travel to work with although they are just held in place by pressure with the seal.

Until now we have not received the item even I paid the express that says delivery is 4-8 days. It is so frustratung not to get it on time and expensive but customer service not so good

Had hot pot with friends. They loved it. Stays to hit on the low setting to cook rice. Tried out the electric lunch box as well had water in one of the bowls it never turned off stayed on all night, it didn’t hurt anything or over heat just didn’t turn off, I haven’t tried the chef box yet

I would have given a five star. Only because the material feel and look cheap. It is pretty much like a general cheap bulk item getting pumped out of a factory from china. Despite the very cheap plastic feel, I like the concept of it. Really make my work life much more enjoyable at lunch break. It works well. The food is properly cooked. And there are hundreds of recipes out there. Overall, I am happy with my purchase. And would recommend.

Have used my Shabuki, and it’s pretty sweet!! Yet to use my other two Itaki cookers. Only issue is it burns in one spot and turns off. And the cord area where the plug goes in has like caved in and gone loose.
